Then Dr. Guo Keqiang posed a question - "If the goods of New York's Fifth Avenue or Nathan Road in Hong Kong are sold to mainland China, what do you need to pay attention to?" The participants here have raised their own opinions on product quality, logistics, customs and other aspects. Then, Dr. Guo Keqiang reviewed the historical evolution and development of the concept of “cross-border e-commerce retail import” and pointed out that e-commerce is an emerging industry in China. Finally, Dr. Guo Keqiang pointed out that the main obstacle facing the development of cross-border e-commerce in China is that the administrative system of the country is inconsistent with foreign countries.
