International law has always adhered to an overall and comprehensive study of international public law, private international law, and international economic law, the research of which covers the frontier academic fields like the United Nations law, the WTO law, the European Union law, the international energy law, the electronic commerce law, the international development law, the international network law, the international financial law, etc, forming three core teams with the chief expert of Wan Exiang, which are the core team of International Rule of Law and China's Sovereign Security(Chief Expert Yi Xianhe), the core team ofSustainable Development and New International Economic Order(Chief Expert Huang Liberation) and the core team of "Global Governance and International Civil Business New Order" (Chief Expert Xiao Yongping).

 

The main achievements in the field of "International Rule of Law and China's Sovereign Security" are: Liang Xi pioneered the study of China's international organization law; Yi Xianhe's concept of "common international law revealed the development trend of international law from coexistence and cooperation to " growing together"; Zeng Lingliang's "trend of international legal humanization" innovated China's international law theory; Huang Jin's concept of macro-international law has expanded and deepened the theory of international law with Chinese characteristics.

 

The main achievements in the field of "sustainable development and the new international economic order" are: Zeng Lingliang's "World Trade Organization Law" is China's first monograph in the field of WTO law research; Liu Fengming first divided international financial law into three parts, international investment finance law, international trade finance law and international monetary and financial law have deepened and improved the international financial law system; Yu Jinsongs "The Monopoly on Legal Issues of Transnational Corporations" has formed a unique study of transnational corporation law; Huang Jin presided over the major research projects of the Ministry of Education in 2005 to study China's energy security issues; Yang Zewei continued to study the New Energy Law and Policy Research in Developed Countries and China's Strategic Choicesby presiding over the National Social Science Fund's major bidding project in 2009.

 

The main achievements in the field of "global governance and new international civil and commercial order" are: Han Depei founded the system of large international private law; Huang Jin founded China's inter-regional conflict law system; Li Shuangyuan systematically demonstrated the trend of convergence of private international law; Xiao Yongping put forward the "reasonable coordination theory."
