   Karim Masimov, male, born in June 1965 in Kazakhstan, In September 1989 - July 1992, he studied law in international law at Wuhan University Law School, got a bachelor's degree in law, and he is currently the prime minister of the Kazakhstan government.

    Karim Masimov is an international Law Scholar and economist who is fluent in Chinese, English and Arabic. He once served as the director of the Kazakhstan Labor Bureau, the senior expert of the Kazakhstan Foreign Economic and Trade Department in Urumqi, China, the executive chairman of the Kazakhstan Business Enterprise in Hong Kong, the chairman of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Almaty, and the executive president of the People's Savings Bank of Kazakhstan. In January 2006, he served as Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and in April of the same year he served as Minister of Economy of Kazakhstan. In January 2007, Masimov became Prime Minister of the Kazakh government. On September 24, 2012, he announced his resignation as Prime Minister of the Kazakh government and officially retired in December 2012. On April 2, 2013, Kazakh President Nazarbayev appointed Masimov as the new Prime Minister.

    Karim Masimov attaches great importance to relations with China and actively promotes cooperation in the fields of politics, economy, trade, security and humanities.
