Tao Kaiyuan, female, Han nationality, born in March 1964, Hunan Xiangtan, joined the China Democracy Promotion Association in July 2006, started the work in June 1988, graduated from Wuhan University School of Law, majoring in international law, got graduate degree, doctor of law, professor, Grade Two Senior judge.

  She is currently the vice president of the Supreme People's Court, a member of the Judicial Committee, the Standing Committee of the Democratic Progressive Party, and the Director of the Guangdong Provincial Intellectual Property Office.
