Xu Qianfei, male, born in October 1955, Han nationality, Mengjin, Henan, university degree, graduate student, doctor of law, professor, joined the work in October 1974, joined the Communist Party of China in July 1976. He is currently the deputy secretary general of the Hainan Provincial People's Government, a member of the party group of the General Office, and the director of the Provincial Legal Office.
