Lawrence Groo has advised governments in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and the Americas on organizational and judicial reforms. He has led, managed, designed or supported government modernization programs in over a dozen countries on four continents Over the last four years he has been Engaged in restructuring and modernizing the Government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in the UAE, which is one of the most significant growing states in the world. He currently works in an office of Abu Dhabi's Executive Council. Mr. Groo is the author of published Articles on governance, executive reform and other topics, and has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University, the London School of Economics and Georgetown University. He received a BS (International Affairs) from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and a BA (Law , a graduate degree) from Cambridge University.
