Biography of the Counselor Tang Xiaobing:

Since August 1, 2002, he has worked in the World Trade Organization (WTO) Market Access Division. His work includes non-agricultural market access, trade facilitation, information technology products, and market access issues related to other trade in goods.

From November 1987 to July 2002, he served in the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) International Trade in Goods and Services, engaged in trade policy, trade law and multilateral trade negotiations.

From March 1986 to October 1987, he served in the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) Manufacturers Division as an international textile trade expert engaged in trade policy and multilateral trade negotiations, the he was appointed as the International Textile and Clothing Bureau (ITCB) ) Economic Affairs Officer.
