Dr. Cai Lingli from China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission will hold a lecture at Room 323 of Law School from 6:30 to 8:30 pm on Friday, November 15, 2013, to introduce CIETAC's organization and daily commercial arbitration. Students who are interested are welcome to attend. The introduction to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission: China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC, referred to as “CIETAC”) is one of the world's leading permanent commercial arbitration institutions. The CIETAC is located in Beijing and has the South China Branch of the CIETAC, the Shanghai Branch, the Tianjin International Economic and Financial Arbitration Center (Tianjin Branch) and the Southwest Branch in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Tianjin and Chongqing respectively. The CIETAC established the Hong Kong Arbitration Centre of the CIETAC in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
