Shi Jingxia, Dean and Professor of the School of Law of the University of International Business and Economics. He got Master of Laws and Ph.D from Yale University, USA,and Ph.D. in International Economic Law from Wuhan University.
Main research areas: international economic law (including international investment law, international trade law and international and comparative bankruptcy and reforming laws, etc.). He released dozens of Chinese and English academic papers in Chinese Social Science, Legal Studies, China Law, Journal of World Trade (SSCI), Asia Pacific Law Review (SSCI), Journal of World Investment & Trade, INSOL International Insolvency Review, Australian Journal of Corporate Law and other authoritative academic journals. He wrote "Free Trade and Cultural Diversity in International Law", "WTO Service Trade Law", "WTO International Service Trade Case Study", "Research on Legal Issues of Transnational Bankruptcy" and other monographs Chinese and English .
He is a member of the 7th State Council Academic Degrees Discipline Review Group, a member of the Education Law Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, a member of the National Legal Professional Degree Graduate Education Steering Committee, the Vice President of the China Society of International Economic Law, and the Vice President of the World Trade Organization Law Association of the China Law Society.
