According to The Notice of the Department of Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education on Further Developing the "13th Five-Year" Development Plan and the Overall Plan of the Project for the Humanities and Social Sciences Key Research Base of Colleges and Universities, in order to reflect the "collaborative innovation, scientific research, open and joint development" The purpose is to openly invite bids for five major base projects during the 13th Five-Year Plan period at home and abroad. The specific requirements are as follows:
I. The main research direction of the research during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is to jointly build the “One Belt and One Road” and the rule of law guarantee for the community of human destiny. Focusing on this main direction, the following five major base projects have been established:
1. Building a global community of destiny and theoretical innovation in Chinese international law
2. Enhance China's voice and reform of the international legal system
3. Maintaining China's core interests and the application of international law
4. The “One Belt, One Road” and the innovation of the international economic legal system
5. “One Belt, One Road” initiative and legal cooperation research
II. Those who participate in the bidding must have senior professional and technical positions, and meet other regulations of the Ministry of Education on the qualifications of the person in charge of the major projects of the base, and carefully fill out the “Review of Major Projects of the Key Research Bases of Humanities and Social Sciences in Colleges and Universities”, before June 30. III. The total amount of funds for each major project is 750,000 yuan. The annual budget and the amount of funds to be disbursed shall be provided by the Base according to the completion of the scientific research tasks of the previous year of each major project. The implementation of the annual budget is an important part of the mid-term inspection and finalization of the project and serves as an important basis for follow-up funding. The research cycle of each major project is not more than 5 years in principle, and the completion period of all projects does not exceed 2020 in principle.
- The Base Committee of the Base will hold a review meeting on July 1 to identify the responsible persons of five major projects.
