In order to focus on academic frontiers, open up academic horizons and encourage academic innovation, Wuhan University Law School and Wuhan University International Law Institute will host the 2016 China International Private Law Doctoral Student Academic Forum from October 15 to October 16, 2016. The forum sincerely invites doctoral students from international private law majors from all over the country to gather in Luojia Mountain, competing in the wilderness of private international law, exchanging and learning from each other, studying and thinking together, enlightening and inspiring innovation.

Forum Topic: Enhance the academic research of private international law and promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative Sub-forum theme:

3. Reform and development of foreign-related civil litigation and foreign-related commercial arbitration.

1. Issue certificates and bonuses for students who have won the “Excellent Paper Award” in this forum;
2. Invite well-known private international law scholars to give special lectures;
3. Hold sub-forums according to different themes, participate in thesis report and exchanges with doctoral students, and invite experts and professors to make comments;

- Paper submission Please write a thesis on the topic of the conference. The deadline for submission of the paper is August 31, 2016. Papers submitted late are not scheduled to be included in the proceedings, and the authors are required to print their papers before the meeting. The specific format requirements of the paper are as follows:
1. The conference papers are unified with WORD document layout, A4 page;
2. The regular font is unified with the small No. 4 Song, single line spacing;
3. Use footnotes, renumber each page, using 1, 2...
4. The components of the thesis are: Chinese title, Chinese abstract and keywords, English abstract and keywords, body, and the author's profile should be placed in the footnote of the home page;
5. The document name is set to: author (school + article name);
6. The general number of words is less than 15,000 words.

- Excellent paper selection This forum set up the "excellent paper award", including one first prize, two second prizes, and three third prizes. The forum organizer will organize experts to review the submitted forum papers, determine the winners list in a fair, just and open manner, and issue certificates and bonuses.
Seven, forum fees
1.This forum does not charge conference fees and registration fees;
2. The organizer shall bear the accommodation and food expenses of the award-winning representatives during the Hanshen meeting;
3. The organizer reimbursed the award-winning representative for a one-time round-trip transportation fee (hard sleep standard).
