Resume (partial) (1957.5.25-) Professor of International Law, Law School, Inha University, Korea (2009-present). He is also the President of the Korea International Law Association (2010-present), the Director of the Seoul Institute of International Law (2009-present), the Deputy Director of the Korean Maritime Law Institute, the Vice President of the Korean Hydrographic Society (2012-), and the Korean International Law of the Sea Director (2010-), Director of Korea Marine Environment and Safety Research Institute (2003-), Legal Adviser of Korea Ministry of Foreign Trade and Trade (1996-), Senior Research Fellow of Korea Ocean Strategy Institute (2001-). In 1980, he obtained a bachelor's degree in science from the Korea Naval Academy. In 1984 and 1987, he obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in law from Seoul National University in South Korea. In 1993, he received a doctorate from Cardiff College, University of Wales, UK. Since 1988, he has served as a full-time lecturer at the Korean Naval Academy; in 1990, he was promoted to an assistant professor; in 1996, he was promoted to associate professor; from 2000 to 2008, he served as a law professor at the Naval War College; from 2008 to 2009, he served as a research institute at the Dokdo Institute. long. So far, 14 books have been published, such as the "Modern International Law" (2005), and 69 papers have been published, including the "China's Territorial Sea Law" in 1992 - Based on the Analysis of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea" (seen in International Law and Comparative Law, 1994, No. 43).
