The main thesis is: to understand the international legal implications of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind and its international legal institutionalization is a common concern of the international law academics in China. The existing international legal framework provides a solid institutional ground for building a community that is of lasting peace, universal safety, common prosperity, openness and inclusiveness, cleanness and beautifulness. In order to contribute to the just and reasonable world order, China in the New Era is suggested to follow and set the trend of globalization, innovate international legal theories and practices, and promote positive interaction between the international legal system and the municipal law system.
