The "Chinese Yearbook of International Private Law and Comparative Law " is an academic journal sponsored by the China Society of Private International Law, undertaken by Wuhan University Institute of International Law and published by Peking University Press. The Yearbook adheres to the principle of academic self-discipline, autonomy and self-respect, and all editorial activities are for academic only. The content is mainly based on researching in monographs, conflict of law, international unification of private law and comparative law, inter-regional legal issues, and international civil and commercial dispute resolution mechanisms. It also includes the columns of e-commerce and private international law research, Hague Convention research, commentary and materials, translation, case study and so on.
